A BIT OF FUN, A BIT OF NOSTALGIA AND A WHOLE LOT OF GOOD FOOD!!!!

It was 2004 when the original concept was first imagined.  Work on building this concept through research and development quickly began; creating Hot Dogs and Bratwurst to tantalize the taste buds with a melody of spices that would dance on the pallets of all who would venture into this Dawgs world of a nostalgic and fun loving food.  Our product brand is designed for everyone, including the food connoisseur and the health minded; as our sausage products are all natural, gluten free and made from the finest cuts of meats with far less fat and an amazing array of spices and other ingredients such as cheese’s, herbs, peppers, etc.

In today's society, we have become more transient and yet we hate to leave those things that have been such a good part of our lives behind.  So many times we are forced to pick up and move to a completely different region to which we are not familiar.  We leave behind friends, family, familiar stomping grounds, and believe it or not one thing that no one really thinks about until they're without it; good foods that we have become so fond of.  One of those foods which can be the most fun to eat and seems to have a rather cult-like following is the hotdog.  Baseball, Football, Basketball, amusement parks, the back yard and the list goes on; all share this simple yet mouthwatering fun food.  We hear the old commercials for GM that speak about the commonality that; Baseball, hotdogs, popcorn and apple pie have with everyday life and Chevrolet which helps make the Hotdog become a piece of Americana.  Then at the ball park we hear that familiar guy yelling out, "HOTDOGS", "HOTDOGS HERE!" and again there's those hotdog eating contests that bring people in from all over the world to compete.  Large and small alike go against one another to see who will be crowned Hotdog Eating World Champion at Coney Island, NY.   Yes, America and its citizens are in love with that silly and fun food which is called by many different names, such as, Wiener, Hotdog, Frank, Chardog, Chicago dog, Slawdog, Corndog, Dog on a Stick, Cheese dog, Snappy, Chili dog, Red dog, Dawg, Frankfurter and across this nation so many other names.  As you are aware, you can get what some people call a hotdog anywhere; but remember, all dogs (that's hotdogs) were not and are not created equal.  There are in fact, many different breeds and mongrels in this dog eat hotdog world.  As I have traveled Across America, I have discovered that hotdogs are manufactured in so many different ways that it boggles my mind. Most people know that the majority of hotdogs are made from parts and scraps of meat left over from trimming other meats. That may be true for most hotdogs; but it is certainly not true for the Dawg Haus Hot Dawgs and Sausages, which are our signature products.  Our Hot Dawgs and Brats are made from the choicest cuts of prime meats, the best of spices and ingredients.  We will also provide an all organic line of food products and even provide a vegetarian Hot Dawg, which are currently being worked on.   We at the Dawg Haus are so fanatical about the quality that goes into our products, that we go to great lengths to incorporate the best ingredients and quality control.  After personal research, visiting processor after processor across this great country of ours, I soon realized that in order to provide quality and consistency of product, we would have to create our own pure breed of Hot Dawgs and Sausages to serve to you the Dawg Haus customer.  In fact, we at the Dawg Haus, control most every aspect of the food we bring to you the customer.  So enjoy our mouth-watering Hot Dawgs and Brats as I give my personal thanks for visiting The Dawg Haus.
